Juggling
Students in the year A program work on learning juggling skills. Here are some of the reasons juggling is included in our classroom:
1. Learning juggling skills can help students with their reading abilities because both skills require the same use of peripheral tracking and eye tracking.
2. Helps with hand-eye coordination.
3. It's fun!
4. Develops self-confidence.
5. Develops patience and persistence in learning to solve problems.
6. Juggling is a great combination of physical activity, brain stimulation, joy of success, and visual stimulation.
7. Juggling builds focus ability through regular practice and a built-in rewards system.
